Questions
- What happens if I run out of credits while presenting?
- Nothing. Presenting and practicing never use credits, so a talk can’t stop on stage because of your balance. Credits only pay for the work done before you walk in: building a talk, writing its script, analyzing past decks and writing practice reports.
- What is a finished talk?
- One build, its script and a couple of practice reports: about 120 credits. Length doesn’t change the price of a build.
- What if a build fails?
- Your credits come back automatically. The same goes for a script or a practice report that doesn’t finish, and for any deck Cue couldn’t read.
- Do unused credits carry over?
- On Pro and Team, yes, up to twice your monthly amount. On Starter, monthly credits reset each month. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Any time. Moving up takes effect straight away and adds the extra credits. Moving down, or cancelling, takes effect at the end of what you’ve paid for, and your talks stay yours. If you’ve built more than your new plan allows, you keep what you have and can still present it.
- Who handles payment?
- Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They take your payment, charge any sales tax or VAT that applies, and send your invoices. Prices are shown before tax.
