How the AI provider treats your content
Under Anthropic's commercial terms, Anthropic may not train models on customer content. Its published retention policy is deletion within 30 days, or up to 2 years for inputs and outputs its safety systems flag as violating its usage policy.
Services your browser contacts directly
These are not our subprocessors: your browser talks to them directly when you use a feature, and they do not receive your content from Cue. We list them so you have the full picture.

Image generation
Cue uses your own library images first, and otherwise draws art from your brand colors on its own. No outside image generation service is in use today. If we add one, it will appear on this page first.
Changes
We update this page at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor, and notify account holders, as the Data Processing Addendum describes.
